The phrase "where there's a will, there's a way" is one you probably remember hearing growing up. Basically, if a person wants to do something badly enough, they'll find a way to make their goals a reality—no matter how chaotic.
Whether they were trying to help themselves or a total stranger, these people were so determined to achieve their goals that we're giving them an A+ for creativity (and also an A+ for the chaotic methods they used to get there).
Know Your Tax Laws
This person found quite the loophole to avoid Uncle Sam's grasp. Instead of tipping their restaurant server $20, they gifted it to them, and because it's a gift, it's not subjected to income tax laws.
Hopefully the IRS isn't paying attention.
Stay Tuned For More Recipes
Baking is intimidating for a lot of people. Between precise measurements, expensive ingredients, and accurate bake times, there's a reason why a lot of people just walk to the bakery when they want dessert. But not this guy. He was so determined to satisfy his craving for banana bread that he found a way to make it happen.
Gordon Ramsay would be proud (maybe). Or he might call them "an idiot sandwich."
Cheating On Cheetos
Potato chips are notorious for making our hands messy, and in order to prevent her computer mouse from getting dirty, this woman used a pair of chopsticks to chow down on her snack.
But did this woman not get the memo that Cheetos are supposed to be "dangerously cheesy"?
Student Drivers
What a thoughtful driver! Hitting the road as a new driver can be terrifying, and mistakes are bound to happen, but these learners are willing to make sure other drivers keep their distance, no matter what.
If the words "Student Driver" and "Eeeeek" aren't enough to get you to keep your distance, then I don't know what will.
"Thank You, Kind Vandaliser!"
There's nothing quite like an ATM that makes you pay for your own money. But this clever vandaliser decided to help their fellow working-class citizens with a piece of advice.
Whoever invented ATM fees is probably burning in hell somewhere as we speak.
Live Streaming
This sign is proof that people in the Czech Republic don't mess around.
In order to prevent public urination, officials put up this sign which illustrates what will happen to people who choose to use the street as their own personal toilet. This is probably not the kind of "live stream" they had in mind.
The Dog Days Of Summer
Want to see what your neighbors are up to but you're too short? Can't climb over the fence because you lack opposable thumbs? Don't speak English and therefore can't yell, "Hey, whatcha up to?" No problem!
This clever pup was so determined to see what his next-door neighbors were up to that he crawled up, wedging himself in between a tree and fence, and was finally able to peer into the next backyard.
Cat Hammock
Did you buy too many face masks at Costco? Are your cats getting bored of their usual bed? Then boy, do I have the solution for you!
Instead of buying them a new bed or throwing out perfectly good masks, this person decided to construct tiny kitten hammocks so their feline friends could get some much-needed rest.
A Chaotically Good Act Of Charity
Whether donating time, non-perishable food, or money, everyone has their preferred method for donating to charity. It just so happens that this man's method is slightly more chaotic.
Who cares how he donated to charity, let's just celebrate the fact that he did!
Good Enough For Grandma
There's a saying that goes "If it looks stupid but works, it ain't stupid," and this is definitely one of those examples.
While this grandma's TV remote is the size of an iPad or laptop and looks almost comical, if it helps her TV-watching experience then who are we to judge? Now shush, The Price Is Right is on.
I Too Like To Live Dangerously
Whenever I'm confronted with a problem that I'll eventually have to deal with but not immediately, I always tell myself, "That's future me's problem." It seems as if this Twitter user has the same mentality.
Is it the healthiest solution? Eh, probably not, but that's future @1funnyy1's problem.
A Teeny-Tiny Titanic
"I came in my kitchen to find a lizard using a sponge as a raft in the sink."
Determined to get to the other side, this lizard hopped a ride aboard a kitchen sponge. Now all that's missing is a female lizard to play Rose and we've got ourselves another James Cameron film. "Near, far, whereeeeeeeeeever you are..."
"Suck It, Tim"
Every office has that one employee who borrows everyone's pens or staplers but never actually returns them. Not surprisingly, they're not the most popular employee in the office.
So these two employees found an ingenious solution to ensure that no one steals their beloved black markers or pens ever again.
Happy Birthday, Dad
"It was my dad's birthday today but we didn't have the right numbers so we got creative".
While we admire the creativity used for the birthday candles, we're definitely perplexed as to what they actually ate to celebrate their dad's birthday. (Seriously though, is it a pie or a pizza?) All we know is that baking sheet is going to be a nightmare to clean later. Two words: parchment paper.
