If you have ever been in the position of renting a unit or home to live in, you know the importance of maintaining a good relationship with your landlord.

Unfortunately, not all landlords are created equal and some of them are comfortable with doing less than the bare minimum for their tenants. The landlords below are certainly lacking when it comes to properly lording their land, in every sense.
