They call it a "force" of nature for a reason. Nature truly is a force, and more often than not, it's a force that can't be stopped by any of our feeble attempts to urbanize or industrialize a location.
It's quite inspiring, actually. When you see a little tree that's so determined to grow that it pushes away absolutely everything in its path, you feel a little bit more motivated to do some growing yourself.
An Eco-Friendly Truck
We all want trucks to be more eco-friendly, but this isn't exactly what we meant. This little plant has proven that it's able to sprout and grow in the most unlikely of places.

If The Hydra Were A Tree
In Greek mythology, there is a monster known as the Hydra that sprouts three new heads every time its head is cut off. This tree cracked and fell over, but now three new trees are sprouting from the break site.
Very Tall Grass
This one-hour parking sign is sitting in some grass. Some of the grass directly beneath it decided that it needed some more sunlight, so it grew all the way out of the top of the sign.
Right Through The Window
The bush outside of this house decided that it wanted to occupy some space inside the house as well. It started growing right through this window frame. That is one determined plant.
Strong Roots
Does this image look like some kind of king crab climbing through a sewer Lovecraft-style to you? It's actually just a photo of some very strong roots poking through a hole in a concrete wall.
Bring Your Grass Seed Inside
This is why you don't leave grass seed outside on the dew-soaked ground. The seeds in this bag sprouted and the grass grew right through the plastic bag. That is some impressive grass.

This lily pad was growing in the same spot as several other lily pads. It was getting overshadowed by some other plants, so it decided to reach for the sun.

This picture was taken in late winter. The leaves on these trees had all already turned brown, but the trees were holding onto the brown dead leaves for dear life.

We've already seen how far sunflowers can travel, but what about how tall they can grow? This sunflower is sticking out of a hole in the chimney of this three-story house.
A Sprout In The Kitchen
This little sprout started growing in somebody's kitchen in between their sink and their counter. It probably started out as a little bean or a seed that got enough moisture to grow.

This tree is growing on top of and within another tree. It's tree-ception. It's nice to see trees helping each other out and providing prime growing spots for each other.

This tree got so heavy that it pulled over an entire curb. It lifted itself right out of the ground, and somehow it is still alive. Somebody is going to have a hard time cleaning up this mess.
A Natural Roller Coaster
This amusement park used to be operational and full of people, but after the people abandoned it, nature moved in. This is definitely the prettiest roller coaster we've ever seen.
Just A Crack
A crack in the concrete was all of the space that this tomato plant needed to bloom. Pretty soon, this little shrub is going to be ripe and full of delicious tomatoes.
Persistence Is Key
This persistent little cactus found its way through a brick patio in Arizona. It looks really cute until you accidentally step over it and it goes through your shoes and right into your skin.
No Solitude In Nature
The tree has grown together with an abandoned house in Pakistan. This proves that you're never really alone when you're in nature. Everything around you is alive in its own right and emits its own vibrations.
The Melody Nature Plays
You know when you're sitting in nature and you hear the leaves in the wind, the birds chirping, the sound of the water nearby, and the crunch of broken branches? Those are the melodies that make up the song of nature, and this image is that visualization.

When this tree got knocked down it showed it was a force to be reckoned with by giving life to more branches on its side. It's quite inspirational in the sense that when there's a will, there's a way.

This tree growing out of a restaurant looks like it's majestically reigning over the other trees and the rest of the street. It's even more fitting that the restaurant sign looks like it's pointing right at it.
Popping Out For Fresh Air
The real question here is where do the roots go? Also, how did it manage to break through the brick wall to come out for fresh air and light? It's actually quite impressive that it knew what it needed to survive and just went for it.
An Accidental Island
Nature found a way to turn the wreck of the SS City of Adelaide in Australia into an accidental island. It's like it knew the wreckage didn't belong there so it turned an accident into something beautiful.
A Bird Nest Heater
Someone found an old jacket hanging in the woods with a bird's nest built in the pocket. It seems like the bird used it to warm up the nest, and now they have the coolest looking plaid house out of all the birds they know.
Congratulations Are In order
This little weed plant got the award for "Most Delicate Urban Weed" and that's quite the honor. Who knew these awards even existed and who gets to decide which plants to award them to?
The Key Is To Just Keep Going
This rubber plant outgrew its pot but that didn't stop it from taking over the whole ground around it to keep on growing. You can see how strong the roots are piercing through the dirt and out of the pot.
