Then MIL Took Matters Into Her Own Hands
Unfortunately, it only took a few days before this mother-in-law took matters into her own hands in a very sneaky way.
She logged into her son's Facebook account and posted on behalf of him, pretending it was the father-to-be who had typed and posted the announcement.
OP Was Furious
Naturally, the young mom-to-be was furious about her MIL's behavior.
She called her MIL and became increasingly annoyed on the phone when she heard the woman's reasoning. She said, "I lost my temper and yelled at her which made her cry. I said she overstepped and messed up completely then hung up."
Her Husband Did Not Support Her And Defended His Mom's Actions
The next problem became her husband not supporting her through the chaos.
Instead of siding with his wife, he chose to defend his mother's actions and said that his wife's behavior was unacceptable. That's a big old red flag he's flying there.

The expectant mom "didn't give an answer and refused" when he tried to force her to go to his mom's house and "grovel with apologies."
